Refund Policy
Last updated 11 August 2026.
We would rather explain this plainly than bury it. There are two separate things you can pay for — a monthly plan and one-off credit packs — and they are treated differently.
1. You are not charged for work that fails
This is built into how the service meters usage, not a discretionary gesture:
- Credits are debited only when an action completes successfully. If a build or edit fails, errors, or is cancelled, no credits are deducted — there is nothing to refund because you were never charged.
- If your balance cannot cover an action, the action is refused before any work starts. You cannot be put into debt by running something.
If you were charged for an action that plainly did not produce a result, tell us and we will credit it back.
2. Output you are unhappy with
Credits are consumed by work performed, not by results you like. Because output is AI-generated it will sometimes be wrong or unhelpful, and a completed-but-disappointing generation is not automatically refundable — this is why every plan includes free credits to try first, and why we tell you plainly in the Terms that output must be verified.
That said: if the service produced something clearly broken — a corrupt file, an empty workbook, a result unrelated to your request — email us and we will credit it back. We would rather refund than argue.
3. Subscriptions
- Cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not pro-rate a partial month by default. If you cancel mid-period you keep access until the period ends.
- New subscriptions: 14 days. If you are within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment and the service is not right for you, email us for a full refund of that payment.
- Unused monthly allowance does not carry over and is not refundable. Allowance resets at the start of each billing period. This is the one asymmetry worth knowing about, so we have stated it in the Terms and on the pricing page too.
4. Credit packs
- Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open, and they roll over from month to month.
- Unused purchased credits are refundable for 14 days from purchase, pro-rated for any credits you have already spent.
- After 14 days, purchased credits are non-refundable but remain yours to spend for as long as your account is open.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described here.
5. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. Any remaining balance — allowance and purchased credits — is forfeited on closure, except where a refund is already due under section 3 or 4, or where the law says otherwise. Export anything you want to keep first.
6. Billing errors
If you think you have been billed incorrectly, contact us within 60 days of the charge. If we got it wrong we will correct it and refund the difference.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@supasheet.dev from the address on the account, with the date and roughly what happened. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you a stronger right of withdrawal or refund, that law applies.
